Returns Policy

For sheets, pillows, comforters, duvet covers, and most items, we have a no-questions-asked return and refund policy, with no hard time limit, if you are at all unhappy with an S&G item. We don't really want you counting days – we want you to enjoy your new S&G bedding without a voice in the back of your head (except the normal voice that's always there... lurking).

For our mattress, we have a 100-night sleep trial return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, reach out to us through the contact form at the top or bottom of SheetsGiggles.com/help, or email us at hi@sheetsgiggles.com.

Our hybrid latex + coils mattress is probably unlike anything you've ever slept on before, so we do ask that you sleep on it for at least a week before requesting a return. If after a few days you decide it's not for you, just email us, and we'll work with you to donate it and promptly refund you.

There are three minor exceptions:
  1. We do not accept exchanges for an item within a prepackaged set. E.g., if you order a Queen set, open it, and decide you want a flat King sheet instead of a flat Queen sheet, we won't be able to help with that return. Same for "I ordered a Queen set but I now want King pillowcases." That's why we offer separate items like Flat Sheets, Fitted Sheets, and Pillowcases on their own - so you can mix and match!
  2. For large orders (5+ items), we will only honor refunds for unopened items. I.e., please do not tell us that you opened each item, used each item, and then would like a refund for all the items. Why? We unfortunately have had some people with Airbnbs try to outfit their homes with our sheets for months at a time, and then use our generous refund policy to get refunded… and then try to buy more again and do the same thing with different colors / sizes. Yes, these are bad people, but sadly they’re out there.
  3. For unopened items beyond 3 months, we don't offer refunds. Some people try to buy our sheets and resell them on eBay or Amazon, but when they discover that we have strong protections in place to prevent that, they try to get their money back. Strange world.


Shipping

We used to charge shipping for most orders...

But then we read Online Business For Dummies and discovered that people like free shipping on the internet. Thanks, Bezos.

So, ground shipping is now free of charge for orders over $100 for the continental USA! (Sorry, Alaska and Hawaii!)

This amount represents our most common and frequent order types, such as two sheet sets, a sheet set + pillowcases, a sheet set + comforter, two pillows, or a comforter + duvet cover.

For orders under $100, your shipping fee will simply be what it costs to ship to you from our Utah warehouses via UPS Ground. During checkout, you can also pay separately for an optional Package Protection + Carbon Neutral fee on every order that will adjust to the size and weight of your package.

For Hawaii and Alaska, we charge a subsidized rate depending on your order.

For Canada, you will be charged shipping plus national / local duties based on your address. We apologize profusely to our norther neighbors, as is tradition. But until we open up a Canadian warehouse, we have to cover the exorbitant cost of shipping from the US.
