I received a pair of defective sheets and within 24 hours, the company had a new set on its way to me. The sheets are so comfortable and I toss and turn and they stay on!

Worthwhile
My wife and I swear by these sheets so much so that when we upgraded to a king size bed unexpectedly neither of us got good sleep with “regular” sheets.

I wanted to love it
It was working the first few weeks after I got it, but now that I'm in month 2, it stopped working for me. I feel suffocated and wake up sweating. I thought it'll goa way after 2 days, but I've been sweating for a week :(

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE….EVER!!!
I ordered these sheets for my new bed. My bed arrived a week ago and I am still waiting on my order to arrive. Upon trying to contact customer service, I realized they don’t even have a phone number. Customers must email to get help. When I emailed to let them know, my order was not received, Rudy was very, rude, unprofessional and refused to help. I have since sent several emails with no reply. And still no sheets. I have made a dispute with my credit card company. I would have love to try these sheets, but never had the chance yet they still refuse to refund my money . THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!!!!!

They didn't last
They started out very soft and comfortable, though no more breathable than regular flannel in my opinion. Within a year of shedding like crazy during every wash, they had completely changed. They now look very worn and are no longer soft, so I already had to replace them with something else. I always followed the care instructions and didn't even use them that often, so I certainly would have expected them to hold up better.

Not sure
Im not sure how I feel about this yet. I know it will soften over time but it's pretty coarse right now. Im feeling like it's hotter than my bamboo sheet as well. Im not sure if we will keep it yet.

Great Customer Service!
I ordered a full set of sheets and the fitted sheet wasn’t working and kept slipping off. Customer service assured me it was a defective sheet and happens, sent me a new one and it is deep enough to stay on now. Very pleased as I love these sheets, most comfortable I’ve ever owned.

Trust the negative reviews
I wish I had believed more of the reviews. 1) these have a sheen, they are sateen-like. Fine, if that’s how they were described. 2) the pockets are comically deep. I have one of the thickest mattresses on the market and the fitted sheet is baggy, no matter how I finagle it. So, as soon as I get into bed there is crumpled, rumpled sheet beneath me. Those 2 things make these a fail for me. They are soft but very thin. I appreciate the company’s mission, marketing, customer service, and branding, but I think the product needs a lot of work.
