Amazing Customer Service and Even Better Sheets
First off, I have to give a shout out to the amazing customer service this company has. I completely messed up on an order, and even though it was my fault, they still fixed it. And guess what? When someone asks me what sheets I recommend, I’ll be recommending this company. (And, yes, I do get asked that from time to time.) And then there’s the sheets. Just are just SO soft. They really help regulate the crazy temperature changes in my body at night. They are cool to touch when first getting into bed, but adjust nicely after a short time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

So disappointed ☹️
I really wanted to love these sheets. I laundered them according to your instructions and put them on the bed the day after they came last weekend. Couldn’t wait to climb into their silky goodness! 4 days later we felt like we were sleeping on sandpaper! The bottom sheet had pilled terribly everywhere we touched/slept on it…AFTER ONLY 4 days! I laundered them again today and the attached photo shows precisely what I refer to. Any comments? Puns not needed!

Unbelievable sheets!
My fiancé has been a sweaty sleeper for about a year now. We have no idea what happened to start it or how to cool him off. Believe me when I say we've tried EVERYTHING. Fans, open windows, different sheets, different bed, different everything. Just when I thought there was nothing left to try, I stumbled upon this website touting claims to cool anyone. I figured why not? It's been a week using these sheets and he has not broken out into a sweat once! It's absolutely amazing! These sheets are heaven sent. Don't question it - just order them. Trust me and the other reviews, these sheets have magic powers!

Loved so much until…
They keep my cool, and we are hot sleepers. BUT they are too expensive to be falling apart, tear so easily, and the stitching coming undone at the seams. They sent me a new one after it happened to me once. Now my other one is doing it too )-: I’m upset and guess I’m going to try another brand..
