Love these sheets. We got the pearl color and it’s like an off white with a sheen. These sheets are very shiny almost like sateen. They are very soft and cooling especially for hot sleepers with toddlers in the bed too. My only issue would be that they do get very wrinkly and can snag pretty easily. I already snagged mine on my wedding ring in the first week of use. I’m still happy with my purchase though just for the cooling since we’ve also tried several other brands including sheex and these are much better.

I'm so disappointed by how delicate these sheets are. They're so silky soft and lightweight, but all three of our sets developed tears on the fitted sheets after the 1 year warranty. We cared for all of them following the provided care instructions, even no pets on the bed. It's so difficult to recommend these sheets unless you're used to replacing every set after 12 months. Customer support did give us discounts to replace the first two fitted sheets, but after three instances this is very clearly an issue of durability.

While I am still working on improving how many hours of sleep I get, I noticed an improvement in the quality of the sleep I get. After the initial washing and use and a second washing within the first couple of weeks, my lovely orchid sheets have retained their quality, no chafing and no pilling. I am so pleased with my purchase that I have decided to overlook that gag about the sleep mask.

I researched a ton for sustainable sheets, found S&G, and purchased a fitted sheet since I use duvets. Because these are expensive, I use them only for guests and for me as an exception when I want a real luxurious feel. I love how they feel. Super soft, and indeed cooling. Love them. I have washed them according to instructions. I never put them in the dryer. Last night, I pulled back my duvet to find a huge fraying hole in the fitted sheet right where my feet hit the sheet when I sleep. I was shocked. These are SO expensive and the company claims to be "sustainable" which I would assume includes an element of durability. Admittedly, I've had them 4 years, but I rarely use them. So when I went in to the read the other 1-star reviews and saw nearly the exact same complaint: that the sheets wear out SUPER fast, especially at the seams and around the feet area, I wrote the company. I got this information back: "The normal lifespan of our sheets should be years of regular use, and leading industry guidelines recommend replacing sheets every 2-3 years regardless of make or manufacturer. That said, our sheets are made from a more delicate fabric, and won’t be quite as long-lasting as cotton or polyester which can last 4-5 years before replacement, but we think that’s a good tradeoff for our sheets’ superior touch, feel, and sustainable manufacturing. It has been 4 years since your order date, so it may be time to replace those as anticipated." I looked on the website for this line about Sheets and Giggles being a more "delicate" fabric that won't last as long as cotton or poly (I happen to be still using pillowcases from college, which was in the early 90s for me, so 4-5 years? Nope. And the industry standard of 2-3 years? LOL. There goes sustainability!). The company offered me a 50% discount on a new sheet, which would cost me around $50 plus shipping. The company did not acknowledge that I use the sheets rarely. I was told that it may be time to replace them, "as anticipated." Wow. Did I anticipate that? No. And if I'd been using them regularly, they would likely have worn out within months or a year, as others have noted. As much as I love these, I won't be using their discount. Sustainability to me doesn't mean throwing bed sheets in the trash every couple years. I told them I'd rather they save their money and figure out how to make these sheets last longer. Until this happens, I won't be buying anymore Sheets and Giggles, and I would not recommend them to others. And I'm bummed, because I believe they really are trying to do something good for the planet. Just beware that the lifespan on these sheets is not long.

I can’t say enough positive things about the duvet and duvet cover. When it came time to replace my old set, I was nervous. I have some sensory issues and was worried that nothing would compare to the softness of my old set. I hadn’t tried Lyocell before but couldn’t have been more pleased when my order arrived. This duvet and the cover are serious the softest and most comfortable I have ever slept on. They keep you just warm enough where you don’t over heat. Also my cover came with some stains on it but the exchange process was extremely easy and fast. I’ll definitely be buying all my bedding here from now on and recommending to others as well!!
