Eucalyptus Lyocell Sheet Set

There’s nothing cool about these sheets, I thought spending more money would mean better sheets but these are so hot. I’m going back to my cool bamboo sheets from Amazon. Disappointed because they are really soft and the colors are real cute, they are just awful with temperature.

I loved the sheets at first. Soft, and cooling when you first lay down in them. The cooling doesn't last very long though... and unfortunately neither do the sheets. After 6 months there is a big hole worn through the bottom fitted sheet. For $200 I expected these to last longer. I have $50 dollar sheets that are still holding up just fine after years of regular use. So the durability is disappointing.

The quality of these sheets is not what I was hoping for, and their return policy is deceptive. I bought a flat sheet only to start with, in order to gauge the quality before buying a complete set. The sheet wasn’t as soft as some other bamboo viscose sheets that I had purchased (different brands), but I loved the purple color, and after a few washes, I was satisfied with the quality. So I rounded out the set and bought the fitted sheet and pillowcases to match. Unfortunately, after sleeping on the sheets and washing them several times over a 3-month period, the fitted sheet began to pill pretty badly, and the roughness of the pilling completely negated the softness of the Lyocell fabric. I decided to return them, and I had no trouble returning the fitted sheet and pillowcases, which I had purchased less than 90 days ago. But when it came to the original flat sheet, which I had purchased a little MORE than 90 days earlier, I learned that their return policy is deceptive. Their website claims to have a no-questions-asked satisfaction policy, and they also claim to have no hard time limit on returns, but don’t believe it! If you’re within 90 days, you can use their automated return system, and that’s a breeze. But after 90 days, I had to send an email, and I was met with resistance every step of the way after that. Instead of “no questions asked,” I had to submit photos to prove that my sheets were pilling and producing fuzz. So I did that, and then after waiting two full days for a response, they offered to exchange the sheet for another one. Well, I’m sure another one would not have been any higher quality, so I pressed for a return and refund to my original form of payment. Eventually they agreed, but it was not a stress-free or easy process, and therefore I caution you not to believe the way they represent their return process as an easy-going, relaxed process where you “don’t have to count the days.” Make sure you count the days and don’t exceed 90 of them!

I was completely in love from the second I found them online. An amazing company with the best sheets I have ever had. So happy with my purchase, they will be my go to from now on and a gift idea for friends and family. For a lady with hot flashes they give me the best night sleep. Thank you!

No other sheets compare! After getting a king size bed without having my eucalyptus sheets I knew I was in trouble. I cannot stand any other type of bed sheets and my fiancé even likes them. (They’re picky ?)

I usually love sheets and giggles but last night my daughter wet her bed through her diaper and her mattress was just as wet as everything else even though this mattress cover says it’s waterproof. It is definitely not making it a waste of money for my purpose of protecting my toddler’s mattress

We are in Arizona and need a cool, soft set of sheets. Our first set got a hole quickly and customer service was AMAZING and sent a new set without any hassle. We love them and will be buying more!
