Comfy, but not great quality and generic/unimpressive customer service
My sheets tore after 1 year, 1 month of use. When contacting the company, they told me I would have to buy a new sheet set and offered me a discount code. Even at half price these sheets aren’t worth it. With a company that has humor, they lack in quality and customer service. The sheets were pretty nice…. While they lasted

Expensive, short lasting, comfy sheets
These sheets were comfy, however, they are quite expensive and only lasted 1 year and 1 month before becoming extremely thin and tearing a big hole in them. When I contacted the company, they said essentially “too bad your sheets are a year old, you’ll have to buy a new set and we will give you a little discount.” I am astounded that this company doesn’t stand behind their quality. To only last 1 year and 1 month… terrible. The sheets I buy from Walmart last longer than these and are WAY cheaper. Very disappointed with the company. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Don’t Buy
Don’t buy these sheets. They are ridiculously expensive and I thought the price would be justified by the quality and it is not. Very soon after I purchased these sheets the material began A LOT of pillling, and now after about a year they had a giant rip. It seems like the fabric in the middle (where I usually sleep) has all been worn and is incredibly thin now.. I follow all care instructions. You can see the rip and how other fibers are coming loose.

Nice top layer and pillow cases, poor quality fitted sheet.
All of my sets are well under a year old presently. I've tried a few of the sheet sets now, and unfortunately all of the grey ones pilled immediately (within first use), despite proper care. This means they're rough now, not silky. CS called it a potential fault and mentioned a small percentage are faulty, but their replacement did the same thing. Over time the flat sheet and pillow cases in grey have also pilled. The cream fitted sheet was too tight for my queen sized bed (15.5" deep), and kept sliding up or coming off, so I'd wake up to my mattress encasement. The flat sheets and pillow cases are pretty good thus far. I'd heard great things about these sheets, but I've not had positive experiences. CS is pretty decent though, just wish the product was better.

This is the second set of sheets we bought and we love it just as much as the first.

Soft but fragile
Have had these sheets for roughly 11 months and while I do think they are terrific in some ways, I'm concerned that I'm already seeing fraying within a year. I'll upload a photo but the holes are not insignificant. For premium sheets, I would have liked a product that could last longer than a year.
