Holiday shipping delays and tracking issues (aka 2020 Strikes Again)

First, the good news

About 96.5% of our orders are arriving within 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Which means our 1-2 week estimated shipping timeline seems to be holding well for 96 out of 100 people (and a half person, which we’ll assume is our diminutive CEO).

Thank you for your patience

Due to extremely high demand and COVID-related precautions, couriers are experiencing slower than normal shipping timelines this holiday season.

No doubt, this has been a challenging time in an otherwise uneventful and forgettable year. So, we thank you–sincerely–for your patience while we work hard to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

It’s not just us, it’s everyone

We promise this isn't just us, we haven't just given our team the day off. This is an industry-wide problem that has affected every major courier: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

In a twist literally everyone saw coming, a record number of orders were placed between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This has caused what shipping industry insiders call “a real mess.”

In fact, you may have read the news that UPS is temporarily suspending pick-ups from mom and pop shops like Nike, Gap, and Macy’s.

Tracking issues

You also may have noticed that the tracking info for your S&G order isn’t updating. We are aware of this. This is an intentional effort by UPS to save time by cutting out a step of the shipping process.

It doesn’t mean your order is still sitting in the warehouse or that it was accidentally dropped in the Mariana Trench (we don't even deliver there...yet).

Your bedding is on the way, we just have no way of tracking it at this time, unfortunately.

When to contact us

If you do not receive your order in 10-12 days, please contact us and we’ll either track it down ourselves (Bear Grylls recently joined the team) or expedite a replacement order to you.

Surely, for many, many reasons, we will all rest easier once you get your S&G bedding.

Thanks again for your patience.
