Not a mattress PAD!
I was so excited that S&G were putting out a mattress cover that I didn’t stop to read the description. It is NOT a padded mattress cover it is simply a waterproof cover. I like my mattress cover to do both, so I returned it. If just a protector is what you’re after - it looked great.

I love my Waterproof Eucalyptus Mattress Protector
I love how the mattess protector fits my bed and how it brings me comfort knowing my mattress is safer from moisture and spills. It does what it says it will.

Great at Protecting but Holds Heat
If you really need a waterproof Mattress Protector get this one. I was worried it would be too noisy when I got it out of the box and heard all the rustling . One trip through the washer on the rinse cycle loosened it up so that it is much less noisy. The protector fits great on my mattress and I am happy to have it truly protected. I bought this to protect my new mattress from all of my sweat. I am a hot sleeper and was hoping that this would still have enough breathability to keep me cool. It does not, it defiantly has me hotter than when I only had S&G sheets on my bed (or even my old cooling protector from Columbia). Currently, it is winter and I will be okay for awhile.

So easy peasy to use
After we plopped the king size eucalyptus mattress on our bed frame, we were dreading trying to put one of those typical zipper encased mattress protectors on this huge mattress. No worries though, the waterproof eucalyptus mattress protector firs like a soft but firm user friendly glove. Very happy with this purchase.
