While I love a plush pillow, I sleep on my back and my neck does not do well if the pillow is too firmly packed. What sold me on this pillow is the fact that you can adjust the filling. It makes it a versatile pillow for any kind of sleeper - back, side or stomach. The other bonuses are that it is a cooling pillow (not just a marketing tactic - I put it to the test with the summer heat in Texas and it truly does not absorb body heat), comes layered with two zippered cases (the fill is in one and the other is easy to remove and clean regularly - will still need a pillow case), and they offer a generous return policy if it is not a product that works for you. I had never heard of Sheets & Giggles until a friend recommended the sheets and comforter. When I checked out the website, I discovered this pillow. I'm not typically an impulsive buyer (especially for a pillow at this price point), but it was on a great sale and had so many good reviews. Combine that with a generous return/refund policy, it felt like a win-win situation. When the pillow arrived, I could tell it would be too firm for me. The fill is easy to remove (just beware that it is small pieces), so I simply adjusted it until it was perfect. I was surprised at how much I needed to take out - honestly, this is why I only give it four stars. I'm planning to put the extra fill into a smaller pillowcase and use it for traveling. (Suggestion: Please consider making a travel-sized case that could be bought without fill for this purpose? I hate to see it go to waste...) The other thing I love about the pillow is the weight - not like a rock, but it's substantial enough to not move while you sleep. You can truly adjust it so it cradles your head and neck comfortably and sleep like a baby. I'm only six weeks in, but am pleased with the quality and function. All in all, I'd highly recommend this pillow because it is truly something that will work for everyone. We sleep roughly one-third of our lives, so it is worthwhile to invest in quality bedding!

I love s&s, but these pillows were a terrible buy. I'm not sure how the reviews are so high. First, messing with the filling triggers allergies. Sneezing and coughing and im not usuallysensitive. Id recommend a different option. Hypoallergenic is not a real thing; it's a marketing gimmick. Customizable yes, but it's an absolute mess if you need to adjust your pillow, and you'll end up losing and vacuuming up filling. The plastic bags they send you have prone-to-break zipper. If you tune the pillows l, they'll be comfortable. But I'd prefer a different option.

I love a lot of products from here, but the pillow was just a miss for me. Constantly having to reshape the pillow throughout each nice since the filling moves around is annoying. It also had a very strong scent when it first arrives (does eventually go away). It just didn’t was a miss for me especially at the price point.

I've used a MyPillow my entire adult life, still unable to lay on my side without neck pain/arm numbness. I can sleep comfortably and feel completely supported with this pillow.

I absolutely love these pillows - we had the same old pillows for years and finally I knew we needed an upgrade. I ordered two of these pillows - one for me and one for my fiance. I removed some of the stuffing for my pillow as I like it a little flatter. They are so comfortable and have held up perfectly the last 3 months. My sleep is better than it has been for years, and no more neck pain when I wake up. Thank you so much S&G!!!!

These are the best pillows I've ever used. Comfortable and supportive. I've had 2 for a while and got a second pair. I need a bit of upper body elevation to sleep, and these give me all I need to get that.

Very comfy pillows. Some of the stuffing can be taken out to make the pillow softer, or more stuffing can be added back in to make it firmer.
